Energy Drink Class Action

The law offices of Juroviesky and Ricci LLP have filed a series of class action lawsuits in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against the manufacturers and distributors of many popular “Energy Drink” products, including those drinks known as Red Bull, Full Throttle, Monster, Jolt, Amp and Rockstar.

The suit names the following Defendants and alleges widespread violations of the Consumer Protection Act, Competition Act, Food and Drugs Act, and certain common law causes of action.

6. Wet Planet Beverages

8. Zurban Beverages Inc.
9. Monster Beverage Company
10. Red Bull GMBH
11. Powerbev Inc.
12. Red Bull Canada Ltd.; and
13. Rockstar, Inc.

In general, the suit claims damages for losses suffered by consumers of “Energy Drink” products as a result of the Defendants' false, misleading and/or deceptive representations on the product labels.
